It’s easy to find signs of paranormal activity - the web is full of stories. But if you look closer many are generic and many have been regurgitated and re-edited. I’ll share some examples from people I have met and have recorded them first hand - and what they have experienced. I will also include some audio recordings. And some solutions.
The image above shows the Psychic Reporter entering the Redbank Range Tunnel in Picton (also known as the Picton or Mushroom Tunnel). Situated in Australia’s most haunted town the tunnel has been cited as a hotspot for paranormal activity. Emily Bollard died after being hit by a train in the tunnel in 1916. There have been other unconfirmed reports of two separate suicides in the tunnel. The tunnel rose to fame after the late historian Liz Vincent included it on her ghost tours. It has been closed for security and safety reasons.
Signs of Paranormal Activity - True to Life Stories
Common signs of paranormal activity include - noises, voices, temperature changes, sightings, feelings, smells, things misplaced and anything that seems out of the ordinary. Is it a paranormal house or a paranormal entity? If you are feeling uncomfortable speak to someone. Preferably someone who is not going to shrug it off and say it is in your head - so be selective. The four interviews below are only some examples of what you could experience.
Sharon’s Story - Hearing
Sharon tells of hearing voices when staying at a friend’s home. And how her friend had lived with the presence for five years. The spirit refused to move on.
Erin’s Story - Seeing
Erin tells about sighting the spirit of an old lady in her home as a child. And how that one sighting has effected her life.
Wayne’s Story - Smells
Wayne and his partner used to operate the “Razor’s Edge” Restaurant in Enmore. From time to time they notice smells and so did psychic customers. They were told the spirit of a young boy is present in the restaurant.
Tim’s Story - Temperature
Tim shares the story of temperature changes in their family home. At 9 pm each night they experience a chilly breeze through the home - even when the windows and doors are closed. The cat starts hissing and going a bit strange - and only at 9 pm. The breeze lasts for five seconds.
It’s interesting listening to people tell their stories and the signs of paranormal activity they have experienced. They feel embarrassed and worry you will call them “fruitcakes” or question their sanity. But when they trust you and you are one-on-one with them they are happy to talk. In fact it is therapeutic for them - they have bottled up these sightings and feelings. And love the opportunity to share. But paranormal places abound - and are not restricted to your bedroom!
If you are experiencing signs of paranormal activity and are feeling uncomfortable talk to someone with a sympathetic ear. Many psychics can steer you in the right direction - but find one with experience. You don’t want someone experimenting with you. And above all don’t bring out a Ouija board - you could be entering uncharted territory and may create further problems.
