Reverend Margaret Deering has known of her gift from five years old. And tells about knowing she was going to hospital and knowing what room she would be in. She did go to hospital and did go to that particular room - and then hearing babies cry - where there were no babies. Later a neighbour spoke to her Mother and requested that Margaret keep her premonitions to herself. Margaret knew she was different to everyone else.
As with many psychic-mediums Margaret’s young mind was a channel for messages. When she was eight years old a crying Margaret called her mother into her bedroom and told her there was a baby in her bed and it was covered in blood. A distraught mother put her back to bed. Some days later her heavily pregnant Auntie came to stay from England and gave birth in her bed.
As a reader Margaret’s journey started with a deck of Tarot Cards. She gave some readings and then more and more people requested them. And this led to Margaret being guest reader in Spiritualist Churches.

Margaret says that she is a mediator and that the spirit world requests her to contact others. She says it beautifully: “Love Calls Love”. There is no doubt in the video interview that Margaret feels privileged to be chosen by spirit to deliver messages. She is very passionate about her gift. She has some wonderful sayings - very inspirational - I suspect she doesn’t even realize she is saying them as they are part of her vernacular.
In the 90’s Margaret started a Spiritualist Church in Queensland. She was advised not to proceed as the particular area was very Christian. But Margaret felt it was the right thing to do - the church became very popular.
Margaret gives thanks for her life and is one of the many psychics who throw criticism to the wind. She says she has even been called a “devil worshiper” - but adds that she doesn’t conjure up the dead. Spirit contact her. She has many supporters. Margarets reads, presents at Spiritualist Churches and also does occasional readings on commercial radio.
Her home has a beautiful ambiance. And is patrolled by Spirit Warriors who protect it day and night. It is peaceful. Margaret Deering is lady who loves and shares her gift.
